Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 194 of The Municipal Act that the Consolidated 2021 Financial Statements for the Local Government District (LGD) of Mystery Lake, together with the related financial reports, are available on the LGD website at www.lgdofmysterylake.ca. (See Documents)

STATE OF LOCAL EMERGENCY (SoLE) ENDS

As of September 4, 2025, the LGD of Mystery Lake's State of Local Emergency (SoLE) ends.  The SoLE was declared on July 7, 2025 in response to Wildfire No061 which was detected on July 4, 2025.  The condition of this wildfire has changed recently from "out of control" to under control."   The LGD wishes to thank the City of Thompson, MB Wildfire Service and all the firefighters and contractors that have worked tirelessly to protect life and property in the region.

BURNING BAN ENDS

The LGD's burning ban is rescinded as of September 4, 2025.   

 

Caution: Wildfire No061, along with Wildfires No062 and No050 continue to burn in the area.  Please take extra care and precautions in lighting any fire.
